Elton John tribute night

Fabulous night covering some of my favourite Elton John songs at Tribute night (23 September 2023). It was a real struggle getting that jacket off at the end – way too sparkly! 🙂

Sweet Painted Lady: Many thanks to Mike and the band, and Simon for stepping in at the last minute.

Funeral for a Friend / Love Lies Bleeding: this epic is one of my favourite songs…

Benny and the Jets: Finishing the night doing some backing vocals / boogie for Mike Lemin…

…with Rocket Man to finish a great evening!
